Paula joined Bowland Ecology in 2022. Previously she has worked as a Senior Ecologist for Appletons and has also worked as an Ecologist at Middlemarch Environmental Ltd. As well as organising and leading the full range of ecological surveys, Paula is an experienced ECoW. She provides advice on matters relating to planning and wildlife legislation and is experienced at compiling Shadow HRAs, Habitat Management Plans and BNG Assessments. Paula holds GCN and Bat Licences.
